HISTORY

Hendo has been tattooing since 2010, beginning his career in San Diego, California. Over the years, he has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, building lasting relationships and continually refining his craft.

In 2014 Hendo and Nick started The Shining Skull, with a shared vision of pushing artistic boundaries while delivering high-quality, meaningful work to every client. His approach is rooted in dedication, precision, and a deep respect for the art of tattooing.

Hendo specializes in Japanese-style tattooing, with a focus on full body suits, sleeves, and one-shot pieces. His work emphasizes strong composition, flow, and timeless design, ensuring each piece is both impactful and enduring.
