HISTORY
Hailing from Northeast Florida, Dan Berk has tattooed his way across the coast and has called San Diego home for nearly a decade.
With over 20 years of experience, Dan built his foundation in high volume street shops; developing strong fundamentals, speed, and adaptability across a range of styles. In 2023, he joined Nick and Hendo at The Shining Skull to further refine his focus on large scale Japanese tattooing.
TRADITION
Dan enjoys both one shot pieces and larger scale projects in American traditional and Japanese styles.
Iconic symbolism, powerful composition, deliberate flow and bold contrast form the foundation of his work.
